Privacy policy
Here's a plain explanation of what we do with the data you send us through this website.
Who is responsible
- OYE DE NUEVO S.L. — Tax ID (CIF) B01616408
- Calle Pintada 58, 29780 Nerja (Málaga), Spain
- Phone 951 38 44 54 · Email yolanda@oyedenuevo.com
What data we collect and why
Only what you give us in the "Would you rather write to us?" form: name, phone, email (optional) and your message (optional). We use it only to reply to you and, if you wish, book you a visit. We don't use it for advertising and we never sell it.
Please don't include health information in your message (diagnoses, medical reports…). We'd rather talk about that in person or by phone, calmly and securely.
Why we're allowed to use it
Because you send it to us so we can contact you (your consent and handling your appointment request).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deal with your request. If you then become a client, your details go into your clinic record and are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who else sees it
- Web3Forms: the service that delivers what you write in the form to our email. It uses it only to deliver the message, and may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by law.
- Our web hosting provider (Host-Fusion, in Spain), where the website is stored.
- Google Fonts: to display the website's fonts, your browser downloads them from Google, which receives your IP address.
We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores the language you choose (Spanish or English) in your browser, so it can show it to you next time. You don't need to accept anything.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or take it elsewhere. Email us at yolanda@oyedenuevo.com or drop by the clinic. If you think we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). The Spanish version prevails in case of doubt.
