You don't come here just to buy a hearing aid.

You come to feel accompanied, listened to and well cared for. Before recommending anything, we listen: how you hear, how you live, and what really worries you.

If you think you might need a hearing aid, we let you try it for several days, in your real life, with no obligation and no pressure. And if you don't need one, we'll tell you just as honestly.

We're with you before, during and after: check-ups, adjustments and follow-up, as many times as it takes.

Who we are

Yolanda and Pablo

We're a family-run clinic in the heart of Nerja: mother and son, with no one else on the team. More than five years ago we opened Oye de Nuevo to care for our neighbours the way we'd want to be cared for ourselves.

That means when you visit, you meet us. No sales reps, no cold protocols — just two people who genuinely want to help, calmly and without rushing you.

What people ask us most

Do you speak English?

Yes. We speak both Spanish and English, so you can explain everything calmly in whichever language you feel most comfortable with.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30. If you'd rather be sure you won't have to wait, call us on 951 38 44 54.

How much is a hearing test?

A full hearing check-up costs €35. If you then take home a pair of trial hearing aids, your first hearing test is free.

Do you look after hearing aids bought elsewhere?

Yes, including ones bought in another country, such as the UK. We'll check them and help you. We'll just be honest about one thing: if a part or accessory isn't sold here in Spain, we may not be able to get it.

Can I try a hearing aid before deciding?

Yes. We let you try it for several days in your everyday life, with no obligation and no pressure.

What if I don't actually need a hearing aid?

We'll tell you just as honestly. We'd much rather you leave with peace of mind than sell you something you don't need.

Which hearing aid brands do you work with?

We work with Phonak, Signia and Resound, and we help you choose the one that truly suits you.

Do you do ear wax removal?

No. Removing ear wax is a medical procedure in Spain and must be done by your GP or an ENT doctor. What we do is thoroughly clean and check your hearing aid.
